Організація професійного навчання педагогів у системі безперервної освіти

Анотація

Мета статті полягала в теоретичному узагальненні моделей неперервного професійного розвитку педагогів, ефективних форм підвищення кваліфікації та можливостей їх застосування в післядипломній освіті. Методологія дослідження ґрунтувалася на теоретико-аналітичному підході й передбачала поєднання теоретичного аналізу наукових джерел, контент-аналізу нормативно-програмних матеріалів, порівняльного методу, систематизації, узагальнення та педагогічного моделювання, що забезпечило аналіз 64 джерел за 2018-2025 рр., зіставлення моделей професійного розвитку педагогів, упорядкування форм підвищення кваліфікації та обґрунтування логіки інтегрованої моделі для системи післядипломної освіти. Результати дослідження показали, що неперервний професійний розвиток педагогічних працівників у післядипломній освіті постає як цілісний процес професійного оновлення, що охоплює не лише підвищення кваліфікації, а й самоосвіту, рефлексію, цифрову готовність, професійну взаємодію та практичне вдосконалення педагогічної діяльності. Моделі професійного розвитку виконують різні функції: курсова забезпечує організаційну впорядкованість, компетентнісна орієнтує на професійні результати, андрагогічна враховує досвід дорослого учасника, персоналізована підтримує індивідуальну траєкторію, мережева посилює колегіальну взаємодію, цифрова розширює доступ до навчання, а менторсько-супервізійна забезпечує супровід упровадження змін у практику. Ефективність форм підвищення кваліфікації визначається не їхньою назвою, а здатністю забезпечити активну участь педагога, виконання практичного завдання, створення освітнього продукту, зворотний зв’язок, післякурсовий супровід і оцінювання змін у професійній діяльності. Інтегрована модель професійного розвитку має впроваджуватися як послідовний цикл, що поєднує діагностику потреб, індивідуальну освітню траєкторію, модульне й змішане навчання, професійну спільноту, наставництво, супервізію, електронне портфоліо та оцінювання змін у педагогічній практиці
