Анотація
Метою дослідження було з’ясування умов, потенціалу та обмежень використання технологій штучного інтелекту у підготовці педагогічних працівників для закладів професійної освіти шляхом аналізу нормативних документів і змісту освітніх програм. Методологія дослідження ґрунтувалася на поєднанні нормативно-документального аналізу, контент-аналізу освітніх програм і порівняльного аналізу освітніх практик. У результаті дослідження було встановлено, що теоретико-нормативна база підготовки педагогічних кадрів професійної освіти сформувала передумови для впровадження цифрових технологій, однак не забезпечила достатньої конкретизації застосування штучного інтелекту. Виявлено, що освітні програми інтегрували цифрові технології як зміст спеціалізації, інструмент навчання та компонент професійної діяльності, проте використання штучного інтелекту залишалося фрагментарним і не набуло статусу системного елементу підготовки. Встановлено, що інформаційно-комунікаційна компетентність формувалася як багаторівнева структура, яка забезпечувала технічну, методичну та організаційну готовність педагога, але не повною мірою охоплювала роботу з інтелектуальними системами. Порівняння з європейськими освітніми практиками показало, що інтеграція штучного інтелекту в професійну освіту здійснювалася через спеціалізовані модулі, проєктні ініціативи та державні програми, що забезпечувало її системний характер. Визначено, що використання штучного інтелекту розширило дидактичні можливості професійної підготовки за рахунок персоналізації навчання, автоматизації створення освітнього контенту, застосування симуляцій і освітньої аналітики. Одночасно встановлено наявність нормативних, методичних, кадрових і технологічних бар’єрів, які стримували повноцінну інтеграцію інтелектуальних технологій. Практична значимість дослідження полягає в тому, що його результати можуть бути використані для оновлення освітніх програм, розроблення освітніх компонентів із використання штучного інтелекту, уточнення результатів навчання щодо цифрової компетентності та підготовки методичних матеріалів для педагогів професійного навчання, викладачів спеціальних дисциплін і майстрів виробничого навчання
